I am so glad that you can be here. I am Andrea the Yogi. 

I have been a yoga instructor for 12 years, a yoga instructor teacher for 7 years (I teach people to be your instructors), and have been practicing since I was 15 years old. To me, yoga is a lifelong journey.

On this site, you will find my yoga blog, where I share information and educate others about the wonderful world of yoga. I hope you enjoy and learn something while you are here. I own and run Yoga on the River yoga studio. My wonderful teachers and I at Yoga on the River have many classes every day. These classes range from beginner to advanced. The main philosophy of my studio is that Yoga is for everyone. Safety is a number one priority at the yoga studio. My yoga instructors and I are always willing to help anyone modify poses to ensure safety. Remember yoga is a journey and not a destination.
